RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – RTP, NC
TYPE – CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop solid relationship with supported Partners and offer direct hands on support to our logistics team. Play a key role in creating, documenting and implementing new returns processes for case management and train the Returns Team in the below areas:
• Vendor Receiving Flow for all supported return streams
• Reconciliation for unauthorized and discrepant returns
• Proof of Delivery closure requests
Experience
• Working with the receiving vendors and distribution centers
• Managing Problem Receipts
• Understanding of process for refused shipments and RMA
• Creation and documentation of reconciliation process for return stream once delivery is made to the Returns Warehouse.
• Ability to train the Returns Team on support process of refused shipments
• Serve as an escalation point for exceptions to the process
• Ability to identify gaps in this process
• Experience working with cross functional teams to provide understanding of a refused order
• Experience assisting in plans to identify patterns in shipment refusals and investigate root causes to reduce the amount of refused orders
