FSA (Flex Spending) Team Leader HR Benefits position with Continuon Services - Midtown, Atlanta
Continuon Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Full-Time L3f to assist & supervise Flexible Spending Account team’s daily telephone calls, workload balancing, and follow/reinforce Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines for flexible spending, dependent care, parking, transit plans. The purpose of the position is to oversee and assure compliance and adherence to each client’s Flexible Spending and/or HRA plans as well as back up support as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee FSA staff, direct workload, adhere process/procedures and Q C work.
Oversee/assist with any implementation and maintenance of FSA System
Assistance answering incoming calls, passing calls & messages to appropriate departments
Reinforce daily logging of events in the CRM.
Execute Established Implementation Policies & Procedures
Assist with Established Plan & Member Audit Procedures
Execute Established Policies & Procedures for Debit Card Substantiation
Assist with the funding/banking process
Liaison with Vendors, Client Management and the client
Create reports upon request
Research questions which require interpretation of the Treasury Regulations
Review and assist in creation of communication materials and plan documents upon request
Review legal updates with FSA team and the client as needed
Work with Implementation Specialist on new account set up and document review
Coordinate Non-Discrimination testing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, (both written and verbal communication), as well as excellent organizational skills.
High Accuracy of data entry keystrokes and High Accuracy in auditing of data.
High level of problem solving skills.
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Word and Excel is a MUST).
Must be able to work independently as well as work well under time constraints in a team environment.
Excellent follow-up skills with a great attention to details.
Education Requirements:
• BS degree preferred (equivalent work experience may be accepted)
• CEBS, PHR®, SPHR® certifications a plus
