The Sr. Web Marketing Manager (Contractor) will be responsible for the following:<br /><br /> - Project management: Guide projects from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects including<br /><br /> requirements gathering, scope definition, resource planning, project timeline, budget management, risk management and change control.<br /><br /> - Program management: Play a leadership role in defining web project priorities, and manage project<br /><br /> planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for key initiatives, in collaboration with Design, Localization, Web Dev, PR, OPS, QA and Business Analtyics for testing efforts as needed.<br /><br /> - Manage site localization strategy and content translation projects. <br /><br /> - "Always be testing": from A/B testing CTAs and content placements to optimizing lead gen user flows,<br /><br /> you'll be the expert on testing strategy and objectives. You'll partner with Demand Generation, Design, Web Dev, Marketing Ops and Business Analytics teams on testing efforts.<br /><br /> - Website governance: owner of website operational guidelines, define roles and responsibilities,<br /><br /> optimize new project initiation process, manage homepage content calendar, etc.<br /><br /> - Analytics and reporting: build strong partnership with Business Analytics team to measure and report<br /><br /> website performance to key stakeholders on a regular basis<br /><br /> - Drupal content editing as needed <br /><br /> Who you are:<br /><br /> We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial marketer with deep web/digital marketing experience, exceptional communication, and leadership skills to join our growing team.<br /><br /> Passionate about B2B lead gen, web optimization, web analytics, and data
- 5+ years of proven web/online marketing experience at a leading technology company. Prior<br /><br /> experience with SaaS company preferred<br /><br /> Familiar with Drupal CMS, Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. 2+ years using<br /><br /> Drupal CMS preferred.<br /><br /> Proven ability to independently manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and effectively<br /><br /> prioritize deliverables with tight deadlines<br /><br /> Solid knowledge of Web technical and design processes
Demonstrated capability to make data driven decisions
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer<br /><br /> solutions<br /><br />
-Willingness to learn new things and do what it takes to get the job done <br /><br /> Detail-oriented. Prior experience in optimizing QA process a plus
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and SEO programs
- Experience with localization, search engine optimization, personalization, testing (Adobe Target) and<br /><br /> analytics (Adobe Analytics) a plus<br /><br />
-Bachelor���s degree in computer science, business or other related field. MBA a plus<br /><br /> How you'll measure success:<br /><br />
-Website traffic, engagement rates, and MQL conversion rates
<br /><br /> Ability to plan and forecast accurately <br /><br /> Ability to challenge status quo, ideate and implement solutions
- Feedback from cross-functional partners on collaborative spirit and ability to drive results
