Description:
SugarCRM is looking for a part-time alliance marketing operations coordinator. This is a great position for someone with marketing programs/events experience who is looking for a more flexible work schedule.
Working with guidance from the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and monitoring of alliance marketing programs.
Examples of tasks include:
•Project management of major trade show and events
•Event follow-up; loading leads from an event, registering leads to online portals and training; regular tracking of leads and related activities
•Regular tracking of lead status and other follow-on metrics
•Publishing (via web, email newsletter and similar vehicles)
•Follow up outbound calling to existing Alliance contacts
Requirements:
You will have had at least 5 years of experience executing marketing programs and events in enterprise software. 20 hrs/week, with flexible work hours. Must be able to take occasional call outside normal work hours, particularly with international teams. Job is based in Cupertino, CA and requires at least 2 days/ week in the office.
