Responsibilities:

•Deliver extraordinary customer relationships.

•Manage Partner Access to all SugarCRM portals and resources - The POC will assure that all employees at partner organizations have access to the appropriate username/password/rights credentials needed to access SugarCRM portals and other resources

•Assist the Sugar University team in managing our learning management system users, class rosters, reporting, fulfillment, and responding to training customer services questions.

•Respond to Partner Advisory Inquiries and/or answer all inquiries made by partners to SugarCRM

•Support management of partner event and webcast listings and general partner data updates.

•Assist with daily, weekly and monthly partner communication internal and external including the quarterly newsletter, partner portal content updates and any other as needed.

•Provide assistance with logistics and driving attendance to Partner Training Events - The POC will actively promote and/or register employees for partner training events to assure that annual training targets are reached

•Assist with Partner Data Consolidation as needed- The POC will work with the rest of the Channel Development team to compile any necessary data entry and completion of daily, monthly reports

•Provide support with logistics on Partner Communications of all operational Issues

•Standard and Ad Hoc Partner Reporting -The POC will develop and produce both the standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards needed to provide both Channel Management and Partners with insight into operations

•Assist team members on communicating operational plans, programs and issues to channel partners

•Respect and expect accountability

Qualifications/Skills:

•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across many different departments

•Proficient with Excel

•Exceptional time and task management skills are required in this role

•Detailed knowledge of spreadsheets, particularly as related to data normalization

•Knowledge of report writing is required

•Ability to solve problems, take charge and thrive in an evolving business environment is a must

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
