We are looking for an experienced Partner Program Development Manager for a contract opportunity at a global enterprise IoT leader. The Partner Program Manager will be responsible for the definition of the partner program, creation of partner program content and the system integrator market development plan. Prior experience with SIs required.
This is a 40 hour per week; 6 month onsite role at the client's offices in San Ramon, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Define partner program categories, value propositions, and terms and conditions for System Integrators, Technology Partners/OEMs, and service providers.
• Work across the organization to develop target account list, verticals, segmentation
• Define high level messaging for each partner segment/vertical
• Develop system integrator market development plan
• Develop global segmentation of prioritized system integrators across vertical sectors ranked by size and focus areas
• Identify top 350 SIs for recruitment
• Call and meet with potential partners to validate the value proposition and adjust based on feedback
• Support the execution of a Partner recruitment demand gen effort
• Develop partner program content including pitch decks, collateral, and web content for system integrators
Requirements:
• 10+ years B2B partner development experience in the enterprise software high-tech industry
• Knowledge and experience with Global and regional System Integrators.
• Proven strategic and execution skills in strategic partner program development
• Ability to work across a global organization
• Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
