Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Graphic Designer experienced with implementing Demand Generation campaigns. Our technology client in Sunnyvale, CA is a ten year old start-up, with approximately 150 employees located in Northern California, Southern California and the United Kingdom. The company is moving fast to execute lead generation marketing campaigns aligned with their business growth goals. The marketing team needs supplemental support during launch cycles.

This is a part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week, and could be performed from a fully remote location. You will work directly with the Sr. Director of Marketing in Sunnyvale, CA. The key requirement is that the Graphic Designer, Demand Generation is experienced using Salesforce Pardot landing pages and designing the layout of email content. Attention to detail with brand guidelines and consistency with typography are critical. The right consultant will know how and when to apply consistent design principals in a diverse set of marketing materials and mediums (e.g. web, mobile and print). Quality output that is error free is expected.

The initial assignment is forecasted for one quarter (three months). Pending the value of contribution received by the team, this role could be extended. The company is moving at a rapid pace. They would like a designer who is a self-starter, has proven to be resourceful in the face of challenges, and takes pride in the quality of their output. Positive attitude, commitment to hitting deadlines and team problem solving are required.



Specific Responsibilities:

Partner with the marketing team located in Sunnyvale, CA and Thousand Oaks, CA to deliver Pardot landing pages and email content layouts in support of demand generation campaigns

Apply your design expertise and creative eye to deliver marketing communications with high customer impact and consistent corporate quality

Skills:

Estimated 3-5 years' graphic design experience, preferably at an agency or large company where a consistent style guide has been applied

Fluency using Salesforce Pardot landing pages is required

B2B experience preferred; technology industry experience desired but not necessarily required if you are able to understand technology topics quickly

Emotional maturity in working through tight deadlines with a calm demeanor; must perform with grace under pressure

Ability to prioritize competing requests on a daily basis, but also the business savvy to seek guidance when necessary to deliver on deadline

Maintain an attitude of ownership and pride in the quality of the work being produced; must have a process for proofing your own work to minimize errors

Attitude of accountability; committed to high quality output

Has the presence of mind to know when to slow-down to increase the quality of the work

Sample design work required for consideration

BA/BS in Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Marketing, Design or similar is required



RATE: D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available

LOCATION: 100% offsite/virtual/remote/WFH/telecommute

HOURS/DURATION: Part time, 20-25 hours per week. ASAP – August 8, 2015, potential to extend. No phone calls, please.
