Role Description
Senior Account Manager
A brief overview…
Working alongside the Managing, Account and Creative Directors you'll play a leading role in helping us deliver class-leading integrated end user and channel marketing campaigns for a technology client based in the UK as well as throughout Europe and the US. This is a national and internationally focused role.
With experience in a similar role, you'll have day-to-day responsibility for managing integrated marketing communication projects, ensuring expectations are managed and projects delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time and on budget.
For this role, in addition to being an expert in client relationship and project management, you'll need to be a master of all things eCRM, with experience of planning and overseeing events for end user and channel audiences. You'll also need to be a motivated, driven self-starter who can spot opportunities, consult with clients and work as an integrated part of a proactive, motivated team.
Together we'll deliver amazing creative communications spanning digital, print and experiential brand communications that supports the agency's promise of building client brands and inspiring their customers.

For assigned accounts, you'll be responsible for:
• Developing great working relationships with your clients.
• Working with the Account Director and Managing Director to identify and act against client needs and requirements.
• Pulling together the necessary team members and resources to do that.
• Working with the key stakeholders to develop proposals and scope projects.
• Management and delivery of projects, on time and on budget.
• Ensuring we exceed expectations and all agreed metrics.
• Provide direction, insight and consultation.
Working with the team, we're looking for somebody who can proactively:
• Help support us in developing our offering and positioning.
• Develop an understanding of evolving and emerging media, technologies and opportunities so as to feed those learning's back into the team.
• Contribute and input to new business pitches.
• Be an integral part of our close-knit team and have fun…
• Listen to country music and wear a checked shirt on Friday, occasionally bake something (edible), partake in random Nerf battles, lead brainstorming sessions and attend our regular company away days.
In summary
Working at both Fuel and client premises as well as visits to venues and sites where deliver projects for shoots, events and research. That can be both nationally and internationally.
The role will ideally develop to challenge and stretch your abilities.
Your success will be determined by your client relationship management skills, appetite for learning and development, passion for idea generation and great creative, professional attitude as well as your ability to share, collaborate and be an enlightened member of a small, driven and cohesive creative team.
