The EVP in Tech/Consumer Tech is a newly created position. The candidate MUST have global experience and has worked on big name accounts in the field of technology. PLEASE RESPOND ONLY IF YOU HAVE

15+ years of experience, 6+ years in a leadership role and 3+ years managing a large national or global account;

• B.A. degree in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Communications or related discipline, post-graduate degree a plus;

• Strong experience working with large WELL KNOWN TECH accounts and budgets;

• Seasoned in delivering business marketing advice and counsel;

• Vertical expertise consumer marketing, integrated marketing programs and consumer technology;

• Proven success in team-building inspiring confidence from the client and within the team;

• Dynamic presentation skills;

• Proven success managing in an agency environment;

• Proven expertise in business development, client relations and strategic thinking;

• An excellent problem solver and decision maker; and

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to multi-task and delegate

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior level strategic counsel to clients;

• Provide strategic leadership to the portfolio/large account and understand all aspects of the client's business and future business growth strategies and offerings.

• Maintain and grow relationships with client contacts at highest levels; keep fully briefed on current activity, identify potential risk and take appropriate action to retain or renew business.

• Provide direction and vision to accounts and teams within portfolio.

• Liaise and coordinate with all partner offices ensuring consistencies and highest level of quality.

• Help client demonstrate the value of strategic and integrated communications – such as: PR, integrated marketing platforms and social media programs within their own organization.

• Develop results-oriented strategic plans.

• Drive organic business development within the portfolio and with the particular client.

• Cross-sell and up-sell other agency resources and capabilities to clients, as appropriate.

• Oversee the management of budgets and forecasting for client business.

• Manage leadership (SVP/VP) on the account(s) across partner offices to deliver highest level of client service.

• Lead, inspire and cultivate the team across offices; guide senior management in building the strongest teams by way of recruitment, professional development, performance management and staff utilization.
