We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager for an enterprise B2B high tech company. The Project Manager will own the execution of product launches and also manage the execution of marketing programs, working with cross functional teams.
This is a 3 month, 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Palo Alto, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits provided.
Responsibilities
• Create product launch schedule and track product launch tasks and owners. Ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Be the single point of contact for the cross functional team. Coordinate functional teams involved in product launch preparations, including product marketing, product management, marketing communications, legal, sales, and external vendors.
• Schedule and lead launch meetings. Prepares launch meeting agendas, minutes and presentations. Produces detailed launch readiness and status reports and notifications.
• Project Management of ongoing Marketing initiatives. Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget and communication for assigned projects. Identify and manage project dependencies.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in managing product launches for enterprise B2B solutions and marketing project management experience.
• Strong understanding of launch management, relationship management skills, attention to detail.
• Proven capability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, strong communicator
• BS degree
