Software Developer
Looking for a talented software developer who will be responsible for working with the end users to review the process, document the specification(s) of the proposed solution(s), and build/maintain the requisite tools that will focus on delivering data scraped from websites, email attachments and documents into the various systems supported by the data collections teams. This hands-on role will interface with the entire global collections group, guiding them on the different solutions available to them and ensuring the solutions are efficient and cost-effective. Knowledge of C++ is necessary.
Qualifications:
* Computer science degree or equivalent experience * Minimum 3 years of experience working with code, out of which at least 1 year of experience working with C++ * Knowledge of C++ * DB/SQL, Java, PERL/Ruby/Python, Unix experience is a plus * Low-level programming experience (using Assemblers, C) is desired * Exceptional programming skills * Financial industry background is a plus * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Must like to solve problems * Attention to detail is a must
