Position: Business Operations Lead/Financial Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6-months, possibly longer
We are in need of a Business Operations Lead/Financial Analyst with the following skills:
-5+ years of experience as a business Operations Lead with finance background.
-Experience with portfolio planning and spend reporting
-Experienced in working with teams, gathering information, coordination, verifying data and budget accruals.
-Run end of month reports to review with Sr. Directors and managers
-Very strong communication skills both verbal and written.
-Able to learn information and tools quickly and be able to work independently.
-Ability to gently ask and coordinate with people who are responsible for entering data and inform them of corrections needed. Work with Project Managers responsible for various projects.
-Strong organization skills and expert knowledge in MS Excel with ability to communicate/influence a variety of project managers, from junior to senior, to ensure data accuracy.
