Title: Partner marketing Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months

Our client is seeking for a Partner Marketing Program Manager to provide leadership and drive integrated marketing programs and communciation with globlal partner, dimension data experiences to support solutions and architecture.
In this role, you will be collaborating with multiple functional organizations, managing various program elements involved in integrating our joint marketing efforts to ensure successful realization of program goals.
- Ideal candidate should have experience with management of multiple tracks, working with cross functional, collaborating internal and external with a virtual teams including functional, field marketing and sales, working closely with global marketing teams from both the partner as well as within organization to insure alignment and integration of our joint marketing message and to help drive awareness both internally and externally of our partnerships.

Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Programs:
Work with a virtual team of marketing and sales enablement professionals to help drive global execution, integration and management of co-marketing programs with Dimension Data.
- Manage program integration and interdependencies; make and ensure decisions to optimize effectiveness and drive goal achievement.
- Manage and Track Metrics. Help define metrics and Incorporate Best Practices into Programs process. (e.g. initiate or participate in benchmarking)
- Become a resource / subject matter expert for Global Demand Generation execution programs and opportunities.
- Consult with the teams (e.g. create energy, promote and share knowledge and expertise with others)
- Identify & prioritize opportunities or program tracks for partner collaboration, identify integration opportunities and translate into near and mid-term implementation plan.

2. Communications:
Work with virtual team of marketing and business development professionals to help drive global execution, integration and management of internal and external communications for Dimension Data.
- Create and obtain authorization for internal communication pieces, manage the internal and external facing partner pages).
- Manage and Track Metrics. Help define metrics and Incorporate Best Practices into communication schedule (e.g. using clicksteam and strong mail)
- Consult with joint Teams and Social media roundtable

Needed Competencies
- Seasoned program marketing manager with expertise in working with partners and integrating joint programs and someone who can provide expertise and cross functional enablement to key stakeholders in joint marketing efforts/activities.
- Experienced in creating and driving business-relevant programs with partner across a range of services, products and vertical markets for enterprise and commercial-level customers
- Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to create collateral or presentations that are clearly written and succinct; ability to create graphical representation of complex concepts; comfortable presenting/working with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and serve as program lead for joint partner marketing initiatives.
- Able to build strong relationships with management teams throughout the value chain, and work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Self-motivated, problem solver, results-oriented professional with proven abilities in a collaborative setting with a strong bias towards action; able to move quickly and decisively
- Able to strategically influence, leverage and partner with worldwide marketing teams to execute programs, gather feedback and measure results.

Education:
- BS, BA or equivalent plus 6+ years of experience. Additional customer facing or partnership experience strongly preferred
