SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITION:

We are currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to work in our Corporate Compensation group. This position will be responsible for providing compensation support for the South Asia Pacific region. You will also assist in the administration of the company´s incentive and equity plans. Other responsibilities include participation in salary surveys, providing guidance on compensation related issues for management, HR Staff Training, interpretation of salary data and performing analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Develop, manage, implement and administer various compensation programs including base, incentive and equity programs.
• Establish and maintain competitive local pay ranges.
• Partner with managers to develop solutions for their compensation issues.
• Participate in global compensation projects.
• Develop modeling templates for various compensation analysis projects.
• Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs and provide recommendations for ongoing program enhancements that will optimize results and process improvements that will increase efficiencies.
• Partner with HR to assign and maintain job codes and position titles.
• Provide coaching and training to the HR team and managers on compensation topics
• Assist with Compensation Committee material preparation
• Monitor and analyze trend information as well as economic and wage projection to ensure company compensation strategy is competitive and responsive to business needs.
• Ensure all compensation programs meet the local legal requirements of the locations in which the systems will be used.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES (skills, work experience, education, physical requirements):

• Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or similar field. Masters Degree preferred. CCP helpful.
• 8-10 years progressively responsible experience in compensation, including the design and administration of compensation programs on a global basis.
• Demonstrated analytical skills including advanced spreadsheet management skills.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex compensation issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency with HRIS for data extraction and reporting
• Ability to manage a variety of projects from start to finish (e.g. needs identification and assessment, modeling and analysis, solution design and implementation) and to effectively handle short notice assignments.
• Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team oriented and collaborative environment, but also able to function effectively working independently. Thoroughness and very high attention to detail is required and key to the role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and diverse cultures, utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of affirmative action, FLSA and SOX compliance.
• Experience in other areas of HR is a plus.
