Channel Initiatives Program Manager
We are looking for a Channel Initiatives Program Manager for a contractor role at a global enterprise solutions company in the South Bay. The Channel Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for leading Channel initiatives to drive channel needs and focus throughout the marketing organization. The Channel Initiatives Program Manager will lead a cross marketing team of senior stakeholders to drive decisions and meet the program objectives.
This is a 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA, for a 3 month period, extensions are likely. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Create Channel Initiative strategy and program plans with goals, timelines and owners.
• Partner with Product/Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Communications, and regional marketing teams to develop detail program plans.
• Identify team members required to deliver program plans. Define and communicate team roles.
• Organize and lead program team meetings.
• Manage program to ensure timely and consistent delivery of activities and deliverables globally via project teams and global marketing activities and functions.
• Mediate and lead collaborative team conversations that result in effective decision making.
• Lead change throughout the marketing organization.
• Recommend ideas and make program suggestions.
• Prepare program activity reports and project dashboards, to communicate program status on a regular basis. Conduct monthly status meetings with senior management.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Solutions Channel Partners and their needs.
• Leadership and effective collaboration skills.
• Ability to create strategic goals and execute tactical plans.
• Strong, proven program management and communications skills.
• Organized, detailed focus, process oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proactive self-starter who can manage virtual teams and keep projects on schedule.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally.
• Experience with metrics and reporting.
• Bachelors degree.
