1)PeopleSoft Developer

Vienna, VA
6 months-1 year contract

 

 

Job description:

·         Client is looking for a PeopleSoft Technical Developer to work for a client in Vienna, VA

·         Candidate will be responsible for the design, building, and unit testing and documentation as well as the customization of the solutions to meet existing user requirements

·         The technical developer will be a dedicated, on premises resource who will work with functional and technical team members in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

·         Candidate will utilize People Tools 8.51 and other PeopleSoft development tools to perform customizations to our PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 applications

·         Candidate will need at least 7 years of technical PeopleSoft experience with SQL, XML, SQR, People Tools, People Code, PS/Query, Data mover, Application Engine, and Component Interface

·         Candidate must possess functional working knowledge on a t least 2 modules in PeopleSoft HCM Version 9.0 and above

·         Candidate must be able to learn and support new application processes and/or procedures

·         Candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills

·         Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience creating technical design documents and unit test scripts

 

 

 

2) PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

Vienna, VA
10 months

 

This will be working with HCM 9.1 and HRMS. 

Please note: Candidates must have strong communication and must have done at least 5 successful implementations

 

The PeopleSoft Functional Experts will serve as functional subject matter experts who can identify and design solutions based on a PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 platform for all in-scope business processes.  They will know and demonstrate industry best practices.   They will have thorough knowledge of how PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 can support in-scope business processes.  They will serve as functional experts throughout the project lifecycle and will partner closely with technical resources in the creation of seamless, end-to-end solutions. These resources will be based onsite in Vienna, VA.

 

Required Skill Set

·         Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 modules including HRMS, Performance Management(ePerformance) Profile Management and Talent Acquisition Manager.

·         Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft workflow tools such as Approval Workflow Engine

·         At least five successful PeopleSoft implementations performing Functional Design and Configuration duties.

·         Ability to articulate industry best practices for PeopleSoft-based solutions

·         Ability to perform Fit/Gap Analysis against delivered PeopleSoft functionality

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work effectively with various teams and resources.

·         Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

 

Desired Skill Set

·         Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 modules including eProfile, eProfile Manager Desktop and Compensation
