Our Client:
Our client is a leading passive component manufacturer, is looking for an energetic Technical Sales / Field Applications Engineer with strong work ethics, a can-do attitude and proven industry success, for a position in the San Jose sales office
Must be comfortable in a customer facing role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client product design-in and qualification at customers
2. Training for all clients' products (including product features and product application)
3. Solve customer quality and application issues
4. Communication between customers and Product Business Units about customer applications, new products and developments/improvements of existing products
5. Proactively involved with account development through technology/product roadmap in order to align with customer product development
6. Manage product/process change notification for customer approval
7. Continuously update CRM database about component selection criteria, application concern and qualification process
We Require :
1. Education level: Bachelor Degree of Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree
2. Knowledge of and experience with passive component
3. Field Application Engineer/Application Engineer experience
4. Aggressive, responsive, team work
5. Effective presentation, written, and verbal skills
6. Results oriented, driven individual
7. Frequent travel (30%-40%)
8. Office location in San Jose CA (no relocation)
