Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 - 12 mos
Experis has an exciting Business Analyst position that will assist in the following deliverables:
- You should have at least 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst working in an enterprise environment.
- Conduct assessment of stakeholder requests through detailed business analysis of customer pains, business problems and opportunities
- Establish value case through business metrics in order to support scope prioritization
- Assess size, complexity and cross-functional dependencies
- Prepare Project Scope Document (PSD) comprising SIPOC, Process Maps and Human Workflows, Business Benefits, Recommended Phasing and Dependencies
- Contribute to Cross-functional Effort Assessment
- Ensure alignment with business goals / priorities, business processes, policies and stakeholders
- Review of scope, business requirements, and solution designs to ensure consistent alignment through the capability enablement lifecycle
- Assist with business capability and scope roadmap
- Contribute to content for toll-gate reviews and user experience acceptance reviews
- Provide oversight as needed to ensure team success
- Provide periodic progress updates to the stakeholders.
- Create To-Be workflows, identify gaps, and ensure business rules and policies are adhered to.
- Document and provide context and business benefits analysis.
- Align services business benefit and deliverables that will contribute towards overall services commerce capabilities
- Provide knowledge transfer on any and all deliverables that pertain to the assigned project to the Project Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
