Reporting to the Director of Marketing for Tiny Prints, the Marketing Manager, Tiny Prints
will be responsible for managing key marketing initiatives as part of an integrated, solution oriented marketing plan driving sales and profitability for the business. The role includes development of integrated marketing campaigns, creating marketing plans against key customer segment strategies and working across the channel teams to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage key marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and customer goals
Execute integrated marketing plans, closely collaborating with key marketing counterparts in CRM, SEM, Display, eCommerce, online/offline acquisition, partners and brand
Manage incremental cross-channel programs to achieve growth objectives, potentially including grass-roots efforts and vertical marketing initiatives (occasion-based)
Manage programs to drive category and brand awareness for Tiny Prints
Manage tracking and reporting of marketing programs and provide management reports and insights as needed
Partner closely with internal creative teams to deliver quality output on time
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the market
Participate in the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans and business reviews
Key Skills and Experience:
6+ years of experience in Marketing, with specific experience in consumer driven brands and digital marketing
Solid understanding of retail and eCommerce
Results oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking combined with great execution
Passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into effective marketing programs
Strong business and marketing acumen, with capacity for original thoughts, and the ability to drive results
Superior leadership qualities, with a strong track-record of increasing responsibility
Excellent writing, presentation, organizational and analytical skills
Strong project management skills, including supervising multiple projects simultaneously
Must enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume, and time sensitive environment
Experience with Google Analytics a plus
