Title: Training Content Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: On Going and renewed quarterly
Must have Basic understanding of Finance processes
The Training Content Developer will be responsible for developing training content for client project. He/She will work closely with the project team members to design course content that is role based and targeted to transferring specific skills to the end users. This individual will design courses for delivery in accordance with the defined Training Plan.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledgeable on use of MS Office applications and screen capture tools
Understanding of instructional design principles
Understanding of or the ability to quickly learn subject matter
must have Basic understanding of Finance processes
Logical, analytical thought process
Strong process and training background essential
Ability to develop training work products such as User Guides , Checklists, Instructor-led training materials or work instruction.
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Experience in writing presenter scripts and developing training materials for train-the- trainer sessions
Proof reading skills
Ability to communicate with highly technical team members and develop training that can be understood by non-technical individuals.
Experienced in developing technical training courses
