The Sage Group is seeking a Customer Reference Program Specialist to work for a leading virtualization software company on the Peninsula. This person will provide reference support for the global customer reference program.
Responsibilities Include:
- Vet and analyze bookings reports to create a recruitment pipeline for references.
- Interview sales, systems engineers, and customers to build customer win and deployment profiles.
- Update reference database with profiles and accurate customer information.
- Report out weekly and quarterly results and progress on profile completion, field responsiveness, and global roll-up.
- Communicate to customers and sales reps via phone and email.
- Assist with reference recruitment as needed.
- Help with regional vetting and profiled as directed.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of customer facing experience
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Proven success multi-tasking between projects with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with people of all levels of an organization
- Past success working in a fast paced-environment and making quick decisions
Skills Preferred:
Inside sales or customer support experience
Timing: 3+ months
Start: ASAP
