Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales quotas and deliver on strategic objectives, provide leadership, coaching and training for improved performance, actively recruit and hire top young talent, and motivate a team by leading from the front.
What You´ll Do:
-Report directly to the SVP, WW Sales
-Build and develop a high-performing inside sales team that hits agressive sales and revenue targets
-Drive lead generation efforts by working with marketing to execute on campaigns
-Hold weekly 1 on 1 meetings and team meetings with direct reports to provide coaching and ongoing sales training
-Manage territory assignments for the team
-Review and approve commission reports for team members on a monthly basis
-Plan and execute sales contests for the team
-Use Salesforce.com (SFDC) to understand sales performance and customer behavior, and propose changes to processes based on research
-Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
-Attend industry conferences to network and develop industry expertise
What You´ll Bring:
-5+ years of inside sales experience
-3+ years leading, managing and coaching high performing sales teams
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
-Self-motivated, intrinsically driven to deliver results and exceed expectations
-Strong sales methodology, with an organized and disciplined approach to sales process
-Thrives on challenge in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
-Bachelors Degree in business, communications, marketing or relevant experience
