Manager Compensation
Location: Greater Boston, MA;
• Lead and manage strategic projects in all areas of compensation.
• Design and administer base and incentive pay programs.
• Lead, develop, instruct, assign and otherwise manage the long- and short-term effectiveness of subordinate employees.
• Influence, negotiate and develop customers at all levels of leadership relative to compensation matters in their area of the business.
• Manage vendor relations and negotiations.
• Grow and manage the market knowledge of the compensation team including salary surveys, laws, regulations and other intelligence at a corporate and local level.
• Maximize the utilization of leading compensation technologies.
• Drive compensation effectiveness of mergers, acquisitions and integrations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of compensation experience
• Project Management experience
• Large company experience
• Compensation laws, statutes and regulations
• Compensation market data sources
• Data layout and management
• Analytical skills
• Strong organization skills
• Process oriented
• Influential communication skills
• Research skills
• Experience in Cornerstone or SuccessFactors preferred
