Our success in the Bay Area has created the need for more Account Executives to meet the growing demand. This is a pure "hunter" role requiring tenacious and strategic prospecting for new business balancing customer relationships, sales partner relationships and in-field lead generation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent WiLine�s Unique Value proposition and innovative customer driven culture.
Display thorough knowledge of telecommunication products and services as well as how to overcome objections with knowledge of competitor platforms/costs.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly forecasting & reporting information against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Manage full customer relationship cycle including suspecting, prospecting, closing through order processing.
Negotiate contract pricing and solution configuration with customers.
Heavy daily prospecting & appointment setting.
Network with IT partners, property managers, existing customers, etc. to build deep referral network.
Own assigned territory obtaining detail knowledge of buildings, tenants, property managers and other complimentary vendors.
Balanced sales execution and time management resulting in consistent quota (over) achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3+ years proven B2B Direct Sales experience
• 2+ years Telecom, VOIP, data or broadband experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
• Proven prospecting skills
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a "people person")
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills
• Highly disciplined, independent, and highly organized time management skills
• Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs
