Manager Compensation
Location: Greater Boston, MA
Lead and manage strategic projects in all areas of compensation.
Design and administer base and incentive pay programs.
Lead, develop, instruct, assign and otherwise manage the long- and short-term effectiveness of subordinate employees.
Influence, negotiate and develop customers at all levels of leadership relative to compensation matters in their area of the business.
Manage vendor relations and negotiations.
Grow and manage the market knowledge of the compensation team including salary surveys, laws, regulations and other intelligence at a corporate and local level.
Maximize the utilization of leading compensation technologies.
Drive compensation effectiveness of mergers, acquisitions and integrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
10+ years of compensation experience
Project Management experience
Large company experience
Compensation laws, statutes and regulations
Compensation market data sources
Data layout and management
Analytical skills
Strong organization skills
Process oriented
Influential communication skills
Research skills
Experience in Cornerstone or SuccessFactors preferred
