Marketing Analytics Manager
Location: Bellevue WA
Relocation provided
Establish regular cadence of site analytics which identifies opportunities for A/B testing and site optimization
Analyze data, applying statistical concepts, in order to discover segmentation opportunities , drive our personalization program, and maximize gross adds and customer NPV
Seek out new sources of data to expand into new areas of segmentation
Create and evangelize a plan to achieve benchmarks
Solicit feedback from partners doing post mortem analysis in order to properly steer testing, optimization and personalization analysis
Partner with UX and Category to inform senior management of potential solutions for CX issues discovered through analysis
Partner with marketing, loyalty and other internal teams to exchange insights on personalization strategy
Provide recommendations on KPIs and other levers in the business
Drive value added digital insights using web analytics and research tools
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Minimum
Five (5) years of running Web Analytics and Site optimization for a large ecommerce business
Five years of experience in web analytics or marketing decision analysis
Deep understanding of how analytics, research and usability drive customer experience
Strong process knowledge for Site Optimization
Loves working with data
MBA required
Experience in setting up site optimization practice in large ecommerce businesses
Experience with statistical modeling and analysis
Collaborative working style
