[KITlist] Senior Graphic Designer - Gaming (Salt Lake City, Utah)

Our client has been known for their deep simulation, creativity, imagination, and unique style of gameplay. Our client has created some of the world´s most popular games.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated designer who thrives in a fast paced development environment. As a designer you'll be an integral member of the team shaping our games to satisfy an audience of creative and strategic gamers.


Key responsibilities

Developing and maintaining design documentation, including but not limited to mechanics, guidelines, UI flows, game loops and progression.
Planning and implementing economy and gameplay tuning by collecting and integrating feedback from telemetry and user experience testing.
Working with the Producer to define and drive the design with regards to every facet of the game: mechanics, story, missions, and more.


Skills and experience

Three or more years of professional game design experience
Experience designing free-to-play games
Ability to schedule and prioritize design tasks
Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
Experience with scripting languages would be advantageous
Comfortable working with both Excel and Adobe Illustrator

Local candidates only, no relocation.
