M9 Solutions is opening a new position of Portal Account Manager within the company that will offer an exciting career path full of growth and opportunity.

Position Description:

The Account Manager serves as both the Client Portal Manager & Manager over Vendor Managed Accounts (VMS) for M9 Solutions. The Account Manager role at M9 offers a career path to move into either sales or recruiting within the organization. A successful Account Manager will consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, they will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.  M9 Solutions is seeking a driven individual ready to learn all facets of the staffing business who is ambitious for long-term growth within an excellent organization.

Requirements:

•          Extremely detail oriented and responsive

•          Extremely responsive and able to address certain urgent matters with immediacy.

•          Proven Account Management skills required  to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

•          Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) with emphasis in Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer.

•          Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

•          High level of initiative and work well in a team environment

•          Desire and ability to be proactive in developing relationships with customers

•          Excellent written and oral communication skills

•          Excellent phone skills, must be comfortable spending 50% or more time on the phone

•          Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

•          Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

•          Ambitious

•          Knowledge of Bullhorn or other ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

•          Extremely responsive to Portal requests alerting us to new work with our VMS accounts.

***This is pivotal. Sometimes we receive portal requests at odd or inconvenient hours, and the Portal Account Manager must be able to relay that information with immediacy.

•          Manage job entry and resume entry between internal systems and external portals.

•          Work closely with Delivery team to ensure all customer deadlines are met.

•          Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client Service Level Agreements and obligations.

•          Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Client Partner or Managing Partner of any problems that may arise.

•          Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work at existing clients.

•          Works closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

•          Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Client Partner

•          Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.

•          Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

•          Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

 

•          Reports to the Executive Team, providing regular input on all account activity, including status reports on a weekly basis.
