INSIDE SALES Representatives
Location: On-site in San Bruno Office, California
About the Position:
We are in search of talented, aggressive and tech savvy Inside Sales professionals. Candidates must have articulate and professional communicative skills, be comfortable with prospecting, presenting online, carrying opportunities and closing deals. The position requires the ability to use creativity and persistence in moving potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
The key for us is finding producers who…
• Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Understand Enterprise Sales or SaaS selling in Contact Center, CRM or customer service space
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills.
• Prior experience in a metrics driven sales environment.
• Using SalesForce.com for lead management and sales forecasting.
• Thrive in fast pace start-up environment.
• Have a solid background in technology or an excellent technology understanding.
• Passion for the application software space and general understanding of the Cloud engagement model for services.
• Conduct thorough follow-up on leads/lists generated by marketing and channel programs.
• Achieve or exceed all monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements:
• Demonstrate 1 to 2 years of proven account representative success;
• Familiar with SaaS-based offerings;
• Semi-technical aptitude, able to demonstrate product features and value propositions;
Sales cycles range from 30 to 90 days
The applicant must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
