Overview

Wind River Systems, an Intel company, is seeking an Administrative Project Manager to join our global legal team. The Administrative Project Manager is a tech savvy, highly organized self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively. This professional will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of project management and advanced administrative duties which require attention to detail, a proactive -can do- attitude, professionalism and strong problem solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities

· Assist in development and implementation of efficient and automated workflows, processes, and logistics for legal team tasks (e.g. signature process, training programs, recordkeeping).

· Be the early tech adopter on the team in order to assist and guide the legal team in its utilization of new software systems and processes

· Management and coordination of: calendars, meetings/trainings, mail, vendor payments, expense reporting and travel scheduling (domestic and international)

· Collaboration with IT, Facilities, Suppliers/Purchasing and other teams to support legal team needs

· Coordinate with outside counsel and customers

· Perform other projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

· The successful candidate will have administrative and project management experience in roles requiring strong project coordination.

· Strong organizational skills, including experience in scheduling meetings, planning travel, prioritizing and coordinating schedules, and collaboration on a broad range of tasks.

· Detail-oriented and has the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables.

· Proficient knowledge of all MS Office products and internet applications.

· Web and technology savvy and ability to train others on computer applications.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

· Experience setting up and managing systems.
