The Marketing Campaign Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of marketing campaign assets that effectively describe and promote the company's offerings and support the company's overall strategy and goals. <br /><br /> The ideal consultant is a strong marketing campaigns project manager, capable of independently problem solving and prioritizing his/her own workload while ensuring the timely production and delivery of a multitude of assets in support of cohesive, integrated marketing campaigns. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a fair amount of ambiguity. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /><br /> Participate in all campaign meetings, drive the development of content aligned to customer journey and marketing funnel, and continuously update global stakeholders on projects, production, and timelines <br /><br /> Oversee the creation and delivery of integrated campaign deliverables that may include: email drip campaigns, web content, banners, reports, multimedia and video, social media, etc. <br /><br /> Review content created by others, ensuring that tone/voice and messaging are on point for various audiences, editing if needed <br /><br /> Review all content from the creative and editorial standpoint, managing graphic standards, graphic logos, typefaces, trademarks, grammar, tone, claims and other expectations<br /><br /> Identify and manage appropriate internal and third party resources including agencies, designers, copywriters, team members, and content providers to complete projects on schedule, within budget <br /><br /> Drive the approval process, including cross-functional approvals when required to ensure content, imagery, branding is accurate <br /><br /> Make ongoing recommendations to improve processes and streamline the creation of materials<br /><br /> Manage, track and report on campaigns within a content management system<br /><br /> Along with teammates, act as the communications hub between Corporate and in-region counterparts, arrange bi-weekly meetings between stakeholders, field ongoing questions <br /><br /> Skills:<br /><br /> 5 years' combined B2B marketing campaigns/marketing communications/ content and production management experience required <br /><br /> Proven marketing campaign/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign/initiative projects concurrently with tight deadlines <br /><br /> A good attitude is a must, and a proven track-record of confidence and integrity are highly valued<br /><br /> Proactive self-starter with the ability to see the big picture and successfully work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment <br /><br /> Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload under high-pressure deadlines, and interact with people in a positive way <br /><br /> Solid verbal and written communication skills<br /><br /> Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, HTML, Adobe Photoshop and PDF<br /><br /> Bachelors' degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or similar<br /><br /> Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group, benefits available <br /><br /> Location: 3 days per week onsite at clients' office in Mountain View, CA, 2 days per week/ offsite/remote/virtual/WFH/telecommute.
