We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated candidate with SAAS software customer success and/or account management experience for this exciting opportunity:

Position title: Vice President-Channels and Strategic Alliances

Location: Mountain View/Palo Alto, CA area









Position description:

The company is seeking a qualified candidate that will be responsible for expanding and driving the complete strategic alliance partnerships for global partnerships, ISVs and NA Channel partners. This role works hand in hand with executives from both channels and direct sales organizations to accomplish these goals. The charter of the Vice President, Strategic Alliances NA Channels is to actively seek out, introduce and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with leading companies that will add to the company's growing customer base and rapidly increasing revenue stream. Top objectives include identifying new partnership opportunities, enhance and/or maintain key strategic global system integrator and ISV partnerships, further extend and develop the company's strong North America channel partnerships, support the field sales organization in North America in effectively partnering across all types of partnerships, and to develop a plan to enhance these partnerships by understanding the strengths of each partner and then developing relationships accordingly. The Vice President will champion attractive alliances and partnership targets, and the cultivation of existing partnerships.



Required skills and experience:



The Vice President will be a seasoned executive with tremendous drive, intelligence and capability. She/he will be highly motivated and have the ability and desire to have real impact across the organization. The successful candidate will be a multi-dimensional thinker who operates not only on the basis of important past experiences, but in light of new approaches and developments that occur in the market.

Strong software industry experience with an understanding of market segments in the SAAS B-to-B space.



Proven self-starter with a background scaling and growing revenue with a software company, preferably an early-stage or smaller one with measurable results.

Proven leadership and negotiation skills

Strong written, communication, and presentation skills with ability to C-level executives
