 Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Global Demand Generation Manager for a project-based consulting assignment with our technology client. The Global Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for defining global demand generation campaigns to drive leads to the company's' direct Sales team. The Global Demand Generation Manager will assist in defining the strategy, development of the demand generation plan, providing and executing campaign implementation and monitoring and adapting the campaigns to achieve success. 
 The ideal Consultant enjoys a fast pace start up culture and has demonstrable experience and skills developing and executing global demand generation programs in the networking industry. 
 Responsibilities:
 Develop and define strategy for global demand generation programs/plans
 Determine the appropriate mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements including: Search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, content syndication, direct response online banners – campaigns driven with the most compelling and creative calls to action to deliver stated ROI and contribution to leads goals
 Execute tactics for demand generation programs including strategic approaches to optimize campaign implementations, including vertical industry targeting 
 Work with in country managers to ensure content is aligned to theatre requirements and localization of assets is needed
 Ensure adequate goals and metrics are collected to assess campaign/program success and required improvements
 Skills:
 5-7 years' experience developing and executing global demand generation plans/programs in the technology/networking industry 
 Ability to write effective demand generation copy
 Superb communications skills, ability to provide visibility and communicate on campaign effectiveness
 Previous experience working with in country marketing teams for example: Establishing trust, building relationships, working on key metrics and campaign refinement
 Working with diverse team to ensure alignment to corporate initiatives
 Experience working with content syndicators such as TechTarget and IDG
 Data segmentation, list management and database marketing skills
 Proven experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, ON24, GoToWebinar or similar marketing automation tools preferred 
 Experience working with plug in tools for Salesforce.com (Mail Chimp, Pardot or similar) is strongly preferred
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent project management skills with the ability to take programs from inception to completion with minimal supervision
 Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
 BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar is required
 RATE: D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
 LOCATION: Onsite at client's offices in Mountain View, CA. 
 HOURS/DURATION: Full time, ASAP – December 31, 2015, potential to extend. No phone calls, please.
