Title: Operations Project Manager
Location: San Jose CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
This job consists of operations and planning support for several teams that requires collaboration with the teams to review, manage and assess requirements for all budget and planning efforts.
- Experience working cross-functionally with peers in Procurement, Marketing, Finance and AP to build and refine processes to increase efficiencies.
- Drives cross functional projects to gain efficiencies in the budget/planning/procurement process. Key partners in this process will include Finance, Procurement, Global Spend Management and other operational teams as necessary.
- Will also work on other special projects, as assigned. Other responsibilities include:
- Define and drive process improvements through organization
- Provide analysis and reporting to support operations reviews
- Drive planning related processes through supported teams
- Manage the Source-to-record process for supported teams
- Lead monthly budget reviews
- Provide business planning assistance, periodic measurements of effectiveness, and facilitate efforts to optimize operational efficiency through business process definition and re-engineering
- Manage the design and implementation of business processes ensuring that business initiatives align with strategy
Skills Required
- 6-8 years experience in Operations or Finance role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
