This position is a full-time, long-term contract position. This position is located in our Mountain View, CA office.
Job Description:
-Part of a larger team managing a global affiliate marketing program live in multiple countries across the world
-Responsible for the day-to-day management of affiliate marketing responsibilities related to various programs & countries
-Able to implement, conduct and analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and testing
-Responsible for management/maintenance of internal product lists, data feeds, link creation for the global affiliate program
-Ensure budget, ROI, revenue, and other business goals are met per project
-Develop and maintain detailed reporting of affiliate program on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
-Work with third-party vendor teams to ensure optimization and performance are on track
-Management and development of optimization tests using Omniture Test&Target
-Reporting and analytics through Business Objects and Omniture
-Collaborate with the internal marketing channels to exchange data observations & learnings
Qualifications:
-1-2 years hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns
-3-5 years experience within an eCommerce/Online Marketing organization
-Highly experienced with web analytics tools, preferably Omniture
-Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot table knowledge
-High energy and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven work environment
-Highly analytical, yet creative, detail oriented, organized, good team player
-Fast-learner approach, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes
-Education: BA/BS with a strong quantitative background preferred
