The Company has built a uniquely strong brand and an innovative, "empowering" product set, allowing customers to manage debit card spend online, transfer money via text message to friends, and participate in the Rush "community" through various mobile and social networks. The Loyalty Marketing Manager oversees all aspects of member engagement marketing from inception through execution/ delivery of the communications. You will be responsible for executing the strategy for driving increased member engagement across the Rushcard suite of products and services. All digital messaging will be considered and tested; continual optimization will be the goal, with close attention paid to maintaining measureable results. Getting the correct message to the appropriate audience at the right time will be your mantra. Collaboration across marketing teams will be essential to generate demand for Rushcard features.

As Loyalty MarketingManager you will:
• Execute the Member Engagement team's strategy to drive engagement with existing Rushcard cardholders
• Drive adoption and usage of existing features and products through innovative digital campaigns, working with the Design team to create a variety of email, SMS, on-site and print materials
• Optimization of messaging will incorporate promotions and offers where possible
• Coordinate with product management on customer targets, features/benefits, and overall product release, sometimes working with Engineering and Operations teams
• Partner with product management to collect customer feedback/research/usage data post-launch to help refine and optimize the offering for future phases
• Work with acquisition marketing team to introduce newly launched features into the existing marketing mix
• Communicate regularly up, across, and down into the organization regarding program plans, success metrics and outcomes, and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to inform both Product Management and Business Development

Qualified candidates will possess:
• 3+ years of professional experience in a customer engagement marketing role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
• Excellent communication skills: listening and understanding and a proven ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Achiever who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and Is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational needs
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Data driven marketing efforts with a 'test & learn' mindset
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and fast-paced environment with little supervision
• Strong track record of team collaboration and cross-functional work
• Proven ability to add value to the sales process through marketing, sales tools, training and presentation.
