Our Client is recruiting its first Sr Marketing Programs Coordinator to report directly to the Vice President Marketing The Sr Marketing Programs Coordinator will work closely with the VP Marketing designing and implementing integrated marketing programs, encompassing a sensational web site, sales materials and collateral, direct marketing, public relations and social media, and industry events and conferences.
Responsibilities
• Drive execution of branding, collateral, on-line marketing, web presence, trade shows and events
• Work closely with Product Management to drive successful product launches
• Coordinate all ongoing marketing communications initiatives to support sales
• Provide hands-on management of agencies covering print and web advertising design and production, catalog, direct mail, web site, trade shows and collateral fulfillment
• Closely manage outside vendors, leading frequent status checks and holding vendors accountable.
Requirements
• 5 + years direct marketing communications experience with a high tech hardware or software company
• Demonstrated experience designing developing impactful marketing graphics and collateral
• Proven experience creating lead generation programs, trade shows and webinars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, and the ability to handle a vast array of projects and deadlines
