Employment Description
· Create product and solution marketing collateral
o Direct the Text and video-based product overviews
o Product/solution marketing/sales presentations
o Product/solution marketing demos
o Product/solution marketing content for web site
o Audience-specific value propositions
o Other field and channel enablement material
· Train direct sales and channel partners on how to position and sell the products/solutions
· Create and deliver marketing presentations at external online and brick-and-mortar events
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience and proven track record of success in product/solution marketing
- Experience and context in customer engagement, CRM, customer service management, ebusiness, social, knowledge management or contact center software space
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal, writing and collaboration
- Undergraduate degree in communications or business administration with strong understanding of technology. Technical undergrad with strong written and verbal skills also acceptable
