About this Position:
We´re looking for a talented person to help implement programs for all our partners. Because partners have varying needs, every day can be a little bit different. You might be setting up an email campaign, or testing a partner offer on the website, writing up copy for a partner´s employee benefits brochure or tracking conversions for a new implementation. This is an ideal position for anyone who enjoys a wide range of responsibilities from marketing to content production, project management and more. We´re looking for someone who can work with a team but also has the hands-on skills and independence to drive their own projects. Everyone on our team has the opportunity to create new initiatives and develop new sources of revenue. This position reports
directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities:
-Work with the Business Development team to research and understand the needs of the partners
-Understand and communicate company´s ability to meet partner needs
-Create and present mockups and implementation plans for internal and partner approval
-Drive an implementation roadmap and deliverables schedule that keeps both parties on track
-Write or edit copy for partner offers, emails, landing pages, and other placements
-Set up, test and monitor partner offers in a variety of placements - email, landing pages, banners,
post-transaction offers, and more
-When needed, work with designers, copywriters and front end developers to execute ads, landing
pages and other creative assets
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
-BA/BS required
-3+ years creating and managing content for the internet
-2+ years experience with email and other online marketing campaigns
-Demonstrated ability to perform simple HTML coding for email and landing pages
-Experience with marketing automation platforms - Marketo, Eloqua, Silverpop, etc - is a big plus
-Good graphic editing capabilities using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Fireworks
-Solid understanding of the software/internet development life cycle
-Experience with web analytics, A/B testing and online marketing metrics
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
