Job Description:

The Director of Partner Delivery Success will be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem to help meet global delivery demands. This includes growing existing partner capacity as well as identifying new partners, supporting their on-boarding and delivery success. You will work directly with the Partner, Sales and Professional Services organizations to align on partner growth plans by geography. You will be responsible for developing a business plan to meet the needs of each geography. This position will have both "hard line" and "dotted line" resources allocated to achieve enablement and support objectives.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with the Channels, Sales and Consulting organizations to understand where partner growth is required

• Develop an annual partner business plan

• Work with Education & Channels organizations to establish an on-boarding framework and certification program

• Develop processes for sub-contracting partner services and support contracting process

• Develop processes for partners to consume expert services

• Establish a support framework for partners to leverage to ensure delivery success

• Ensure partners are meeting delivery standards where our customers are achieving desired business results

• Operate as an escalation point for partner related delivery issues

• Promotes a positive working environment

• Serve as a member of the Professional Services management team


Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience successfully growing and managing a $10+ million professional services or consulting organization

• Experience in delivering large enterprise SaaS software solutions

• Experience in developing software or services partner organizations

• Ability to lead, motivate, and focus partner organizations on team and individual objectives

• Ability to negotiate contracts

• Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed

• Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers and partners

• Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills

• Ability to travel up to 40% of one's time

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
