[KITlist] Social Media Community Manager, PDF (San Francisco, CA)

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to cover our client's desktop software for creating, editing, and signing PDF documents. The Community Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of multiple corporate social channel properties and review sites focused on the client's desktop software line of business, including related services. You will be curating, monitoring, reporting on, and replying to content in these channels. The ideal consultant has strong interpersonal skills, is proactive, efficient and excels at managing multiple/concurrent projects.


Specific responsibilities include:

* Daily channel management for desktop software - focused social accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Daily monitoring of response to product reviews, both on our client's main web pages and on 3rd party sites
* Curate context-specific content appropriate to each social network that supports the overall social goals and strategy. Create or source images to support content if necessary
* Collaborate with customer support teams to provide answers to technical issues
* Look for opportunities to grow each channel's followers
* Conduct regular research to understand community preferences and appropriate content for each page; initiate ways to profile customers and implement strategy
* Track weekly metrics including growth, impressions, and sentiment on all social networks; deliver quarterly review presentation detailing review and assessments for each page
* Attend weekly team meetings as lead segment contact to review corporate social strategy and provide team updates
* Develop and execute social media programs with internal stakeholders and industry specialists
* Contribute to segment-specific strategic plans for product launches; assist in identifying segment goals and developing and delivering focused social media plans quarter over quarter


Skills:


* 3-5 years' experience implementing social media strategies and programs in a corporate/enterprise environment strongly preferred
* Extensive experience using PDF workflow tools
* Strong quantitative analytical skills, especially campaign analysis and online analytics tools
* Work experience in marketing and/or communications, with an emphasis on socialmedia
* Experience communicating with a business audience strongly preferred
* Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and YouTube, and working knowledge of other social media tools and networks such as Vine, Instagram, and Bit.ly
* Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) concepts preferred
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Bachelors' degree in a related field


Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group

Location: 3 days per week onsite at client's office in San Francisco, CA. No phone calls, please.

Hours/Duration: Full time, ASAP - ongoing
