Position Summary
Rimini Street is a fast-growing, high-tech company seeking an aggressive, smart candidate to lead our Data Management team. Work in a professional, high-end environment with lots of learning opportunities and growth potential for hard-working, bright individuals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Lead and manage Rimini Street's Data Management Team (Data Research and Data Entry).
•Improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes; implementing changes.
•Track and report progress to senior management.
•Work with management to develop and implement policies, procedures and the business work plans for the team.
•Recognize, recommends and implements operational improvements.
•Identify training needs of existing staff to support the Company's strategy and to ensure the yearly Objectives will be achieved.
•Works to create a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimal Qualifications
•One-to-three years supervisory experience with entry level staff
•Experience with data research and data entry in a fast-paced production environment required.
•Computer literacy with MS Office suite products and ability to work in a similar-type IT application product.
•Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
•Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
•Willingness to work and lead in a flexible schedule
Education
•BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Experience
•One-to-three years supervisory experience
Skills
•Extreme attention to detail
•Clear, articulate phone voice and call handling skills
•Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
•Very organized, neat and orderly work methodology
•Comfortable working on a computer all day
•Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based PC�s
