Hexcel is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Dublin, CA location.
The selected individual will be responsible for the following efforts:
Brand Hexcel recruiting via social media.
Responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.
Prescreen candidates on Hexcel's ATS, SuccessFactors.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Create innovative sourcing strategies
Organize career fairs
Prescreen candidate for position eligibility
Manage the employee referral program
Maintain Hexcel's ATS SuccessFactors
Other Administrative and recordkeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least one year of successful sourcing, recruiting, research or sales lead generation experience
Technical savvy to find qualified candidates through advanced research techniques, including social media, Internet sourcing and staffing tools
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and methodical approach
Open to travel
Eligible candidate must be: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, a person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, a temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Act, a person admitted in refugee status, a person granted asylum.
