Java Spring Developer

You will be working with a large, highly skilled team on a critical project. You will be expected to contribute to design and implementation decisions, take feedback constructively and work towards the common goals of quality project delivery under aggressive time lines. You will be responsible for writing Functional and Technical Designs following EMC Templates, as well as generate code and unit tests. Knowledge and experience with test-driven design and disciplined development methodology is essential; this expressly includes generation of unit tests for all business relevant code you generate. You must be able to communicate effectively with team members: both core and extended members. Demonstrated A2A and B2B integration experience is a must as is an exposure to the full software development life-cycle from design to implementation.
Skills Required:
? Expertise in Java and XML
? Spring Core, Spring Web Services, Spring Data
? Experience with a servlet container e.g. Tomcat, resin
? Enterprise Integration Platforms (ESB or EAI platforms)
? Practicing TDD using Junit, EasyMock or equivalent frameworks
? Spring Batch and/or Spring Integration
? 2 years experience with JMS and experience using it with Spring a plus
? Database Experience and Hibernate (ORM)
? Strong understanding of GoF Design Patterns, Enterprise Application Patterns and/or Sun's J2EE Patterns and anti-patterns
? Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns
? Unix/Linux Experience
Additional Requirements:
? Agile methodology experience - SCRUM
? Experience working with a caching technology e.g. Gemfire, SQLFire, ehcache, coherent, terracotta.
? Experience working with ERP systems especially SAP & Oracle
? Knowledge of Hyperic, Groovy and Grails, ActiveMQ, Actional
? Experience or knowledge of Eclipse based IDE's ? STS, CVS, Subversion and Maven
