Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a senior level Channel Marketing Manager to drive the channel strategy globally. The Manager is responsible for all aspects of channel success in a shared relationship with the head of Channel Sales. You will lead one of the three key pillars of strength for our clients' go-to-market model (channel, demand gen, brand).
Our client is a 100% channel company, with an ingrained channel-focus in all aspects of how they go to market, so you'll have the entire team behind you as you work to influence and motivate distributors, VARs, DMRs, SI's and other channel communities. Their "revolutionary simplicity" approach to business sets them apart from the incumbent providers. They are a group of analytical decision makers who understand the importance of trust and connection in business relationships.
Responsibilities
Create compelling channel/partner messaging and positioning on client products, benefits and differentiation
Develop partner assets for various campaigns, programs, solutions
Execute the partner marketing content strategy
Create PowerPoint decks, battle cards, program briefs and other types of partner-facing content
Design demand generation campaigns – assets, execution
Ensure the development of effective sales tools for resellers and internal sales teams
Deliver differentiating partner communications to all sales and partner constituencies via partner portal, sales intranet, and other appropriate vehicles
Build and deploy unique marketing campaigns through channel partners that drive growth with emphasis on new customer acquisition
Support sales promotions, reseller events with content creation
Skills
7-10 years' combined experience managing B2B channel marketing, partner marketing, demand generation
Experience creating/executing channel-centric content and campaigns
Experience using Marketo (or similar program) and SalesForce.com
Top performer. We care more about ability than credentials.
Creative, resourceful and organized
Ability to interface cross functionally and with global teams
Proven ability to scale organizations (people, infrastructure)
Passion for winning and driving results
Great communication skills, especially written and visual
Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed deadlines
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group
LOCATION: Fully onsite at clients' office in Mountain View, CA No phone calls, please.
HOURS/DURATION: Part-time, 20 hours per week consulting assignment. For the right candidate, possibility of converting within one quarter to full-time permanent employee of client. ASAP.
