We are looking for a Marketing Operations Project Manager to work with marketing systems at a global high tech leader. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving technical marketing automation projects to completion, while providing excellent internal customer service. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous project management skills, a service-centric mindset, and familiarity with enterprise sales and marketing technology.
This is a 40 hr per week onsite role at the client's offices in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a 12 month project. The engagement would be as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Manage technical project log; direct project traffic, coordinate resources, ensure timely project completion
• Field support requests from marketing automation users, leveraging our team of experts to provide quick and thorough resolution
• Identify new opportunities to improve marketing automation processes, and work directly with key stakeholders to implement
• Stay up-to-date on latest marketing automation best practices and internal processes
• Maintain close relationship and alignment with Marketing Operations, Sales and IT peers
Requirements:
• 2 + years of proven project management skills; extremely organized and detail oriented
• Customer-service oriented, personable, and positive attitude
• Experience working on a cross-functional team; good team player
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to pick up new technical skills quickly
• Familiar with basic enterprise marketing technology tools and concepts, including marketing automation and CRM
