Chief Security Architect of IT Product Line
Job Responsibilities
l Develop security technology plan which covers 1 to 5 years, especially identifying the key technologies in the IT technical field, related technology and/or platform roadmap to support the business and product strategy. The security technology plan is used to improve Huawei security capability of IT（Cloud Computing，Data Center，Server, Storage etc.）and industry-leading competitive advantage, and used to guide the R&D team research and development strategy.
l Guide, manage and coordinate other experts who focus on Security fields of IT（Cloud Computing，Data Center，Server, Storage etc.).
l Guide and participate in the external technology communication and cooperation, including customers, security vendors, ISP/ICP, university, etc. Identify and capture the opportunity on technology purchasing, collaboration and innovation
l As a technical expert leader, closely interact with members of executive team, sales team, product management team and R&D team to assure the technology plan to be consistent with company goals and priorities.
l In charge of key security, privacy issue scrutiny, and the definition of the security policy of Public Cloud and IT products R&D.
Job Qualifications
l 10+ years working experience in Security area. Successful practical plan or designing experience in IT（Cloud Computing, Data Center，Server, Storage etc.）related technology is required.
l Deep understanding of network and information security in the public cloud and enterprise, and also deep understanding of the medium and long term Cloud Computing technology development trends.
l Wide view scope on IT industry, especially on cloud computing, Public cloud,Private cloud ,virtualization, networking, middleware, database, web architecture etc.
l Candidate Company: Working experience should in security company,or security department of big ISP/ICP company.
l Location/Language/travel: Santa Clara, China or remote, travel required, Mandarin preferred.
