Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications Program Manager to join our clients' IMC team, this role is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to develop cloud campaigns through leadership assets and deliverables.
The individual in this role should be a self-starter with content marketing experience (creation and execution). Knowledge of cloud technology and prior Cisco experience is required.
Responsibilities:
• Involvement with Cloud campaign strategy and planning
• Campaign content marketing and marketing communications (marcom) strategy and execution
• Recommend appropriate content types (assets) to achieve marketing goals
• Asset creation / vendor management / localization for campaign assets
• Devise amplification strategy for content
• Ensure consistency of cloud campaign messages across multiple communication vehicles
• Collaborate with discipline teams to drive coordination and execution of advertising, digital, social, events, demand generation, internal communications, sales enablement for campaign
• Accountable for linkages with extended cloud and persona marcom teams
• Alignment of storylines and content to cloud, persona and other programs
• Synthesize internal messages from multiple sources and make relevant for an external target audience
• Be an active member of task forces and cross-functional teams
• Identify priorities and deliver tangible results using sound business practices
• Innovate and define new tools and practices
• Look for ways to extend storylines and content across and through multiple assets and offers.
• Work with disciplines (PR, AR, social, web, etc) to develop strategies and execution tactics
• Plan and track all program as well as launch related assets and deliverables
• Gather and report out on results against the stated goals and objectives for areas of responsibility
Skills:
• 10+ years of combined experience with integrated marketing communications, content marketing, and cloud campaigns.
• Previous Cisco experience required.
• Experience working in agency or account manager roles in marketing environments
• Strong project management and operational skills
• Experience developing communications to employees, customers and sales representatives
• General understanding of branding, copyright, and creative/intellectual property contractual knowledge
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (MBA desirable)
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
LOCATION: Fully offsite/remote/virtual/work from home No phone calls, please.
