Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Remote/Virtual/WFH-Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Collaboration and Business Video consultant to provide professional marketing services for our clients' Services marketing communications initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a Sr. Marcom Manager, capable of driving strategy, creating integrated marketing communications plans and delivering a wide range of programs. Must be a strong writer with superb interpersonal skills (including the ability to diplomatically influence stakeholders). Must excel at managing through complexity.
Specific responsibilities:
Web marketing, collateral development, messaging development, communication plans, events, campaign integration, video and case study projects, etc.
Manage senior level programs visible at the executive level and cross multiple technology groups or marketing segments
Manage and make strategic recommendations for marcom programs (advertising, direct marketing, print collateral, web, seminars, tradeshows and events) for technology groups, solutions and initiatives
Make recommendations to VP's and GM's on strategic marketing communications direction for technology groups or CMO's
Participate in ongoing BU or Executive staff meetings of the technology group; give updates at least once per quarter
Manage marcom or multiple budgets
Identify measureable metrics for program deliverables and tracks metrics on a consistent basis
Ensure global consistency and buy-in for solutions/programs
Skills:
10-12 years' marketing/communications experience (including 5 years' experience in the technology industry). Must include experience working for at least one large company
Knowledge of the networking industry and all technologies, solutions, and initiatives
Solid understanding of market segmentation, product positioning and targeted marketing
Experience with integrated marketing communications campaigns and programs, with emphasis on digital marketing, web and social marketing
Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, cross-functional and cross-cultural groups
Strong project management experience in the development of marketing collateral, messaging, campaign integration, brand compliance and audience targeting
Competence with basic web design, writing, navigation concepts (to drive strategy)
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must excel at value-centric messaging and writing
Good listener; able to influence key stakeholders
Strong marketing analytical skills
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
Knowledge of collaboration and business video technologies is a plus
Experience marketing a portfolio of services is a plus
Only candidates with prior Cisco experience will be considered
RATE: D.O.E, as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available.
