Online Store Marketing Manager



The Sage Group is looking for an Online Store Marketing Manager-Americas to assist our client, the leader in design software based in San Francisco. As the Americas eStore Marketing Manager you are responsible for the optimization, customer experience, merchandising and revenue growth across the multilingual, Americas market. In this "hands on" role, you will be the voice of the Americas stores, as you collaborate with divisions, roles and organizations including Field Marketing, UI, Product Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Store operations, Affiliate Marketing, and Channel Sales. Responsibilities Include:



OPTIMIZE STORE PERFORMANCE TO ACHIEVE REVENUE GOALS

Manage store-specific test strategy, architecture, execution and results reporting

Manage creative executions

Responsible for final creative briefs

Work with in-house creative UI agencies to create page design and content (copy and images)

Ensure final execution adheres to strategy and promotion/project goals

Manage localization for promotions, tests, product launches and other projects

Manage edits, sign-off by various partners



STORE MANAGEMENT

Work with analytics team/partner to ensure accurate tracking reporting

QA promotions, product launches, and other projects before go-live

Coordinate user acceptance testing and final release

Create the launch plan ensuring the product catalogue is current at Global Launch

Manage Store launch communication and ensure receipt of all marketing deliverables

PROMOTION CREATION EXECUTION

Work with Promotions Manager to execute promotions

Be Responsible for final creative briefs

Work with agencies to create promotional content if needed

QA promotions and other projects before go-live.

Ensure final execution adheres to strategy and promotion/project goals



COMMUNICATION SCHEDULING

Quarterly update decks

Manage Americas online repository (SharePoint)

Liaise with the Marketing Associate to

Maintain Web Marketing calendar

Maintain Promotion calendar



Skills Required:



5 years plus of web and/or direct marketing experience, including a track record of testing (A/B and multivariate)

Experience of driving high-impact projects - excellent project management skills, managing timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams

Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and drive to product results

Experience in selling products that require strategic thinking, analysis, business planning, and execution

Demonstrated success in working and influencing cross-functionally

Good at working independently and coordinating across time zones (Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Korea, Japan).

Prioritization- able to balance and prioritize multiple projects

Flexible- willing and able to adapt to change quickly.

Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Timing: 3 months to start, likely longer through 2016

Start: ASAP

Location: San Francisco, CA-Onsite, Flexible work schedule, Fridays remote
